    The making

    This 100% Italian caviar comes from the Acipenser Ruthenus sturgeon, more commonly known as Sterlet. It is a medium-sized species that produces caviar pearls with a fine grain and intense flavor.

    The sturgeons are farmed in Caviar Giaveri’s protected sites, where the entire production chain is monitored with care and expertise: from breeding to packaging, every stage of production is managed internally by the Treviso-based company, ensuring consistent quality and total control.
