The making

This caviar from Caviar Giaveri’s production is obtained from the sturgeon that historically inhabited the rivers of Siberia. The natural maturation cycle of the eggs is 8 years. During this time, specimens are raised and processed in our controlled farm in Italy, adopting an exclusively natural and environmentally sustainable approach. When it reaches maturity, the caviar is harvested, salted through the “Malossol” method, and delivered to consumers without further intermediate steps. From the farm to the table.
