It is a handcraft object dedicated to the caviar aging that might contain around 2 kg of caviar. After production, the caviar needs few months to develop its full taste, texture and to reach its plenitude: exactly like the wine. The way the tin has been designed preserve caviar against air and light until the final packing into smaller tins.
We have been selecting accurately by hand this highly refined Osietra, as we do with all our products. It involves all the senses with perfect identical crisp grains, with an intense golden brown colour and lasting taste of refined delight.
